Faithfully reproduced by Mike Roach, these axle buffers (also called Snubbers) are cast in tough, oil resistant, 80 durometer Urethane rubber. This style has been found on many unrestored 1910 - 1914 Stanleys as well as other cars as they were offered by after-market suppliers. They are 1-1/2” wide, 3” long at the base, and 2-1/2” high and come complete with a 24” strap to secure to the axle and spring. Other strap sizes can be made if necessary. They are supplied as a set of four.
